NeSMITH CHEVROLET DLMS HIRES WEBB DILLARD AS MEDIA DIRECTOR

                CARTERSVILLE, GA – Webb Dillard has been hired as Media Director for the NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series.  Dillard will be responsible for all video productions that highlight the NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series Touring Division and the NeSmith Chevrolet Weekly Racing Series.

                The videos Dillard will provide for the NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series will ramp up the exposure for the series in capturing the excitement of the competition at the series tracks, the personalities of its competitors, and increase the exposure for the series sponsors. 

Dillard said his goal as Media Director of the NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series is to put the face and personality of the series, its drivers, its tracks and its sponsors into one package.

                “I shoot the races for the love of the sport, but this opportunity also gives me the chance to promote the NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series and to show that the quality of the racing in this series is just as good as any other series in the country,” Dillard said.  “It’s a pleasure to be on the NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series team and I look forward to working with the drivers, the tracks and the sponsors of the series.”

                Dillard will be at all NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series Touring events, and will also visit the NeSmith Chevrolet Weekly Racing Series tracks during the 2012 season.  Dillard will capture the action at the tracks and to introduce the competitors to race fans world-wide in a new way this season through video production.

                The videos of NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series action and driver interviews will be highlighted on the Media pages of the NeSmith Chevrolet DLMS Touring Division and Weekly Racing Series web sites at www.nesmithracing.com.  The videos will also be distributed to online media web sites like Facebook and Dirt On Dirt, and will also be made available to NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series tracks for their promotional use.

                Dillard comes to the NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series from Old Man’s Garage in Rainbow City, AL where he was Media Services and Sales Director.  Dillard has a lifelong background in motorsports, coming from a racing family from Indianapolis, IN.
