CHEVROLET DLMS TO SUPPORT EAMS FOR JIMMY THOMAS MEMORIAL RACE
CARTERSVILLE, GA – NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series
officials will be at East Alabama Motor Speedway in Phenix City, AL
this Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights to support the 23rd
Annual Jimmy Thomas Memorial 100 paying $10,000-to-win for Crate Late
Models.

is the newest NeSmith Chevrolet Weekly Racing Series sanctioned track.
“We are looking forward to being in attendance at East
Alabama Motor Speedway this weekend to support the Thomas family, as
they honor the late Jimmy Thomas, who was the patriarch who started
the family business many years ago,” NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late
Model Series Founder and Director Mike Vaughn said.
“We’re just real proud to be a part of EAMS this season and
look forward to a long lasting relationship with the brother and
sister promotional team of Billy Thomas and Beverly Thompson for a

On track action for the 23rd Annual Jimmy Thomas
Memorial begins this Thursday night with an open practice session
beginning at
6
p.m.
On
Friday night, there will be qualifying and heat races, with B-Main
events and the Feature Races on Saturday night.
The gates open at
12
noon
on Thursday, and at
10 a.m.
on Friday and Saturday with racing action at
5:30
p.m.
each day.
